Best amp for my set-up?
I have an Alpine MRP-M850 amp (it's blown, seeking a new one) but I want one second opinion if that is what I need for this set-up. 2001 Honda Accord EX OEM stereo speakers + LOC Converter + Alpine MRP-M850 mono block + amp Alpine 15 "Type-R 4ohm Sub. What I want to know what is, what is the best amp for this set-up?
The amp you should have been not be grilled. Do you have 4ohm Dual Voice Coil on your Type R? Did you know that the way this amp sounds before ruined everything? It was a very good amp for your money. I re-check how the submarine cable, if connected to 2ohms inside the box then I would just replace the amp or even a newer model. Alpine makes a very good amp.
