How do you remove a stereo from a Eunos Roadster?
I've got a '94 Eunos Roadster and I want change the CD to my MP3 player its only screwed behind the left panel somehow! I removed all screws I can see who defeated all but the passenger side panel. The actual evolution of the stereo, I'm fine with, but I do not see how to get to that last screw! I read somewhere, taking the glove box to access it and I tried and can feel a screw on the side but I can not get my hand in for free. Any ideas?!
It's a nightmare, I do not know why you need to remove the glove box or on the passenger side dish as they do not need to be removed from this car! Eunos through the entire front of the fascia is detached, this involves removing the center console, Inc. vents heating (using a driver head plate to remove those little) there are some screws behind the vents of heating. Then there is also the removal of the gear and surround the base because there are two screws that are removed from the bottom of the center console. the rest is divided into (Remember, before trying make the cut give it a tug if there is no "give" in the movement, then there is a screw may be still there, somewhere)! Once The center console is removed all cage that supports the device in place can be removed (via a few bolts) in most eunos there is a chain hi-fi double din. You must ensure you have the audio plugs Mazda plate and iso if you install a single din stereo, to finish the job very well. A word of warning! Most eunos provided with a system of amplified speaker to the front which needs to circumvent this is even more delicate the stereo install make sure you get the check before installing the new radio!
